A lawyer and attorney with 23 years of professional experience, specializing in corporate law, healthcare law, copyright, contractual and real estate transactions, as well as legal advisory and support for startups.

Lasha Mdivani has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions, including Director of the Legal Department at one of Georgia’s largest hospital networks, Chief Legal Officer of a leading construction and development company, and member of the Healthcare Expert Council. He has also served as a legal expert in various international cooperation projects.

He is an expert for projects of the European Investment Bank and the Asian Development Bank and serves on the supervisory boards of several companies. Lasha holds a Master’s degree in Law from Tbilisi State University (2002, with honors) and an LL.M. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (2017, with honors).
