A lawyer and attorney with over 20 years of professional experience, specializing in civil and administrative law. Over the course of his career, he has worked in both the public and private sectors, providing legal counsel to companies across diverse industries, including energy, healthcare, construction, pharmaceuticals, and corporate business.

Since 2007, Pridon Chelidze has practiced as an independent attorney, while simultaneously serving as legal advisor for prominent Georgian companies such as Interclinic, Medula, Esemo-Pharmina, and the Institute of Foot and Ankle Surgery, among others. He has significant experience in addressing complex legal matters, supporting organizational legal compliance, and advising on strategic decision-making.

He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Tbilisi State University (1999) and has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2006, licensed in civil and administrative law.
